Chapter 3.
IDENTIFYING THE PROPAGATION OF It was through the influence uncle Ike had with a certain landlady in Lewisham that he managed to get my wife Diane and I a much sought after flat, just a couple of weeks before the day of our marriage. Not sought as to its condition, but as to rarity of flats at the time. Mind you, my aunt Millie certainly prepared the groundwork with Ike. It was at the beginning of our married life together, while living in our first home, that I seriously began to take an interest in the Bible. I mention this fact because of the events that follow. A most extraordinary event took place one Sunday morning while I lay awake in bed. I was looking up at a loose end of ceiling paper that was hanging down just a few inches, and that for months I had neglected to put right, when I began to hear a crackling sound. And, before I had time to move, the whole length of ceiling paper directly above my head unpeeled itself from wall to wall and came floating down, bringing with it a cloud of whitewash particles, like snow. The paper landed whole, covering me from head to toe. My laughter brought Diane into the bedroom. I was still under it when she bawled, "Oh! Ronnie! What a ridiculous and selfish thing to do. I'm not cleaning it up. Look at the terrible mess! It's disgusting!" She burst into tears and stormed out, slamming the door.
For some time
after, I could not convince her that I had not pulled it down I now realize that this incident began a change in the course of my life. Years later, through Spirit visions from God and in fulfilment of Revelation chapter 10, I was inspired to write The Opened "Little Scroll" to expose the "whitewash" of apostate teachings existing in sectarian "Babylon". In Ezekiel 13:8-16 there is a description of "prophets that are visioning untruth" and covering it over with the "whitewash" of apostasy.
