THE QUALITY OF LOVE.

So many men and women have shown affection to their loved ones according to their understanding of love     even to the grave. But how many have shown what they believe to be 'love', but have done so without God?  Did you know that this kind of 'love', along with the spirit of such ones, is destined for everlasting destruction! ⁽¹⁰⁹⁾  A person showing this kind of 'love', without  the approval of God, cannot be resurrected to immortal spirit life. After having studied Appendix C14 and C15 on this subject, you may wish to meditate further on an expression that people use so often, and so casually.

The vast majority of people do not know that showing Godly love is to help another to realize and learn to correct weaknesses that hinder their spiritual progress. Showing love is by the constructive use of corrective words and deeds in a beneficial way according to one's knowledge of the weaknesses prevailing in that person.

Love is motivated by one's spirit, and is a spiritual quality. It can only be shown to others when it is in harmony with the rule of conduct described in the Holy written Word of God. (1 Cor 13:3-13).  Only then is it a unifying selfless expression, giving benefit to others, lastingly loyal, without deceit.  But flattery, mock humility, and other endearments associated with hypocrisy, are of a self-seeking nature. They are not love, and can only bring disappointment and regret. Opposers of the Will of God cannot comprehend the expression of true love.  And because those who obey His Will are few by comparison to the majority who do not, few are they able to show true love.  Only sanctified ones refined of the superfluous things of the heart by Spirit can truly understand the spiritual need of others and help them to gain immortal spirit life.
