THE IDENTITY OF THE "RULING ONES" OF "BABYLON".

I am now going to "raise up a signal" upon bare rocks. ⁽⁷²⁾  For according to a particular prophecy, and my own observations, there are people of this generation that are described as the tyrannical progeny of "Babylon" and have unreservedly fulfilled the prophecy revealing their identity within all nations. ⁽⁷³⁾  I became interested in determining the characteristics that form the identity of these, for a number of reasons. Initially, I did not consider them in the sense of there being many individuals, but only a few prominent "ruling ones."  But now I think of them as political 'babes' first, then their number growing to become many     schooled to rule society in various capacities and to greater or lesser degrees.

To detect the earliest signs of their tyrannical anti-God disposition through patterns of behaviour is difficult. But the all-important criterion is to learn how to avoid becoming contributors to the evil influence of "Babylon" oneself. The self-serving objective of subordinates of "Babylon" is to reduce the quality of life by their works of oppression     particularly to dispirit those described by God as lowly ones. Instinctively, they are set in this task, even living and progressing within the environment of ordinary families. But there are peculiar characteristics common to potential male members of "Babylon", characteristics which surface during their young manhood  (i.e.) a forceful, domineering and self-seeking personality (one that is described by The Source of true prophecy as a "detestable sprout").  (Isaiah 14:19).

Those who embody this last description and fulfil the role of "ruling ones" are political leaders worldwide today. Some also publicly promote themselves as religious pretenders. Many have financial interests in commerce and industry, and as employers produce nothing of value themselves. Although there has always been sufficient arable land for all families on earth to live and work on, "ruling ones" drive others to work under the threat of enforced economic deprivation. It  is wise therefore to bear in mind that the instinct and inclination of such demonically receptive dispositions is to manipulate others, to utilize the demonic authority and power they have inherited from the worst dispositions of their forefathers, to serve the originator and architect of their downfall:  satan the "king of Babylon".
