WHEN GOD ABYSSES SATAN AND HIS DEMONS, WHAT WILL
THIS MEAN TO THE
GREAT
NUMBER OF THOSE THEY INHABIT?
Imminent is the outpouring of the
last "bowl" of the anger of God "UPON THE AIR". (Rev 16:17).
It will be poured out upon satan ("the commander") and his
demon cohorts ("the spiritual powers of the air"). (Eph 2:1,2 NEB).
Following this, Almighty God Jehovah will begin His everlasting Rule and reward
all His faithful servants. (Rev 11:15-18).
Demon spirits inhabit and control
all Godless persons to a greater or a lesser degree. So when satan and his
demons are abyssed, what will happen to those who until now have lived under
demonic authority? The answer is that these people will be freed of the
"veil" of stubborn ignorance that evil spirits of this
"darkness" were able to keep them under. (Eph 6:12). They will
feel great shame, as they will clearly see that during their lives they wilfully
showed contempt for the Holiness of God by their unclean spirit practices which
allowed demons residence within them. (Matt 12:43-45) (2 Esdras 9:9 12 NEB).
Because the spirit of their uncleanness kept them outside the spiritual
boundaries of God, they were denied the opportunity of reconciliation to God
through the exercise of faith in The Christ. Their defiance will cause in them
great shame and distress over their spirit "nakedness", for they
will be "naked and ashamed for all to see". (Rev 16:15 NEB).
Many will be devoured by the Spirit of the Lord's Judgement and shall become
ashes under the feet of God's faithful servants. (Isaiah 66:16 & Mal 4:1 3 NEB).
DEMONIC DEPENDENCY.
Evil demon
spirits take pleasure in the souls of those deluded and subjected by their
dominion. Demons bar the way to the true God, so that a man may not become a
sacrifice to Him so long as he sacrifices to demons. Demons also have rank among
themselves. Humans allowing
demons of higher rank
residence within themselves, exercise greater evil authority themselves.
Their dependency upon demonic authority will continue right up until the time of
the abyssing of satan and his demons. When this event takes place, they will
suffer the greatest loss. And, as a matter of course, the disruption this will
cause to the present system of things will be very great. (Rev 11:18).
