WARRING AGAINST GOD WITH PEACEFUL DEMONSTRATIONS?
Largely due to the
inequalities inherent in the Godless political system of the "wild beast"
being made public, politicians find it increasingly difficult to conceive new
ways of "driving [others] to work". (Isaiah 14:4)
(Rev 13:16,17). Such administrations are self-defeating, for they are not
in accordance with our Creator's instructions for our spirit readjustment, nor
with His instructions for economic provision according to need. (1 John 5:2,3)
(James 2:14 17) (See Eph 1:10).
The
disparity between rich and poor has left increasing numbers of people throughout
the world in desperate need of basic necessities. But while the poor are
preoccupied with demonstrations to effect
demoncratic
change in a Godless system, they refuse to live according to the Way for their
spirit readjustment as directed by Almighty God. This Way is set out in detail
in His written Word for imperfect humans to follow, that they may be perfected
in spirit and live in harmony. (John 14:6. Gal 6:15,16. Eph 4:11-14).
Demoncratically
inspired demonstrations by Trades Unions in an attempt to moderate
the image of the political "wild beast" and control it are also
futile. Soon such "mountain" like organizations will no longer
prevail, as the plague like "hail" of the wrath
of God is poured out upon them, and they blaspheme Him "for their pains
and for their ulcers". (Rev 16:17 21 & 11).
"YET ONCE MORE I WILL SET IN COMMOTION
NOT ONLY THE EARTH BUT ALSO THE HEAVEN."
"Yet
once more"
signifies the "removal of the things being shaken".
Demonstrations
are among the "things being shaken... in order that the things not being
shaken may remain." (Heb 12:26,27).
The Kingdom that "cannot be shaken" is the Kingdom of Almighty God
by His Christ and 144,000 anointed brothers gathered out of this world, and
those who will walk on the "Way of Holiness". (Rev 5:9,10
& 7:3,4) (Isaiah 35:8 10). One will not be "shaken" or removed if one has
not begged off * from Him who shakes
the heavens and the earth. At the time that Noah was used to give Divine
warning upon earth, those who begged off did not escape, and "much
more shall we not if we turn away from Him who speaks from the heavens. At that
time His voice shook the earth, but now He has promised, saying... not only the
earth but also the heaven." (Heb 12:25,26). This will be a spiritual
shaking of the spirits and lives of mankind. So what are "the things"
that Almighty God will shake? They are "works of the flesh".
(Gal 5:19-21). The things not being shaken that will remain
are the "fruitage of the spirit". (Gal 5:22,23). To make
good one's escape one must "acceptably render God sacred service with
Godly fear and awe" to receive the everlasting benefits of His Kingdom.
(Heb 12:25-29) (Joel 2:32).
THE "LOW PLAIN OF
JEHOSHAPHAT".
The
execution of the Judgement of God upon nations in the symbolic "low plain
of decision" is on account of their mistreatment of His people. (Joel
3:1-3). "Crowds, crowds are in the low plain of the decision".
(3:14). "And out of Zion Jehovah Himself will roar, and out of Jerusalem He
will give forth His voice. And heaven and earth certainly will rock; but Jehovah
will be a refuge for His people, and a fortress for the sons of Israel."
(3:16).
HEBREWS 12:25-29.
"See
that you do not beg off * from Him who is
speaking. For if they did not escape who begged off from Him who was
giving Divine warning upon earth, much more shall we not if we turn away
from Him who speaks from the heavens. At that time His voice shook the earth,
but now He has promised, saying: "Yet once more I will set in commotion not only
the earth but also the heaven." Now the expression "Yet once more"
signifies the removal of the things being shaken as things that have been
made, in order that the things not being shaken may remain. Wherefore, seeing
that we are to receive a Kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us continue to have
undeserved kindness, through which we may acceptably render God sacred service
with Godly fear and awe. For our God is also a consuming fire."
