"For the couch has proved too short for stretching oneself on, and the woven sheet itself is too narrow when wrapping oneself up. For Jehovah will rise up just as at Mount Perazim, He will be agitated just as in the low plain near Gibeon, that He may  do  His  deed      His  deed  is  strange      and  that  He  may  work  His  work     His work is unusual."  (From Isaiah 28:20-22).

"And your covenant with Death will certainly be dissolved… The overflowing flash  flood, when it passes through     you must also become for it a trampling  place".  (Isaiah 28:18).

"And I will make justice the measuring line and righteousness the levelling instrument; and the hail must sweep away the refuge of a lie, and the waters themselves will flood out the very place of concealment. And your covenant with Death will certainly be dissolved, and that vision of yours with She'ol will not stand. The overflowing flash flood, when it passes through     you must also become for it a trampling place. As often as it passes through, it will take you men away, because morning by morning it will pass through, during the day and during the night; and it must become nothing but a reason for quaking to make others understand what has been heard."  (Isaiah 28:17 19).

The "Little Scroll":
.
"Now  come,   write  it upon   a   tablet   with them,  and  inscribe  it even in a book,  that it may serve for a future day,  for  a  witness  to time  indefinite."
(Isaiah 30:8).

"So David came to Ba'al-perazim, and David got to strike them down there. At that he said: "Jehovah has broken through my enemies ahead of me, like a gap made by waters." That is why he called the name of  that place Ba'al-perazim. Consequently they left their idols there, and so David and his men took them away."  (2 Sam 5:20,21).

"For the dwelling tower itself has been forsaken, the very hubbub of the city has been  abandoned; O'phel and the WATCHTOWER themselves have become bare fields..."  (From Isaiah 32:14).

"...therefore for you this error will become like a broken section about to fall down, a swelling out in a highly raised wall, the breakdown of which may come suddenly, in an instant."  (From Isaiah 30:13).
