HEPHZI-BAH:  "MY DELIGHT IS IN HER".
(Isaiah 62:4,5 NEB & footnote).

THE PROCLAMATION.
In fulfilment of Isaiah 62:8,9, after the 8th day of November 1988 heavenly Spirit knowledge will no longer be sent as "grain" to feed enemies of God, nor will these "foreigners" drink the "new wine" for which faithful anointed sons of God have toiled.

The "new wine" from our Heavenly Father Jehovah will be for the spirit joy of faithful anointed sons of God, their offspring and descendants, and all those of the spiritual "land" wedded to His Name.  (61:8,9 NEB)  (60:21,22 & 62:4,5 NEB).

THE REVERSAL.
Our Lord The Christ Michael will make known and have prophesied again the bitter "Little Scroll" of Revelation 10:1-11. The fulfilment of Isaiah 63:4-6 is also imminent      when Almighty God by the Spirit of His Judgement will be "stamping down peoples" in His anger. (63:6). For He has "resolved on a day of vengeance; the year for ransoming [His] own". (63:4 & 63:18,19 NEB). There will be a reversal of the fortunes of the "sons of Judah" and heavenly "Jerusalem": "When that time comes, on that day when I reverse the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, I will gather all the nations together and lead them down to the Valley of the Lord's Judgement and there bring them to Judgement on behalf of Israel, My own possession; for they have scattered My people throughout their own countries, have taken each their portion of My land."  (Joel 3:1,2 NEB).

In fulfilment of Isaiah 61:1-3 (NEB) the Spirit of the Lord Jehovah has anointed our Lord The Christ Michael to proclaim "a year of the Lord's favour and a day of the vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn (Zion's mourners), to give them garlands instead of ashes, oil of gladness instead of mourner's tears, a garment of splendour for the heavy heart."  In "the year of the Lord's favour" "the days of your mourning shall be ended."  (60:20 NEB).

Obedient offspring of faithful anointed sons of God will help heavenly "Jerusalem" re-establish desolate places to their former glory. (61:4,9 NEB). The heavenly government of God will be one of peace and righteousness (60:17), and His beloved people "shall all be righteous and shall for ever possess the land, a shoot of My planting, a work of My own hands to bring Me glory."  (60:21 NEB).

"The City of the Lord, the Zion of the Holy One of Israel" is His "sanctuary" class of faithful anointed sons in heaven    "the place where My feet rest"     that He will glorify. (60:13,14 NEB).  It was once a place "left entirely and hated, with nobody passing through".  (60:15.  63:19.  62:4 NEB).

"They shall be called a Holy People, the Ransomed of the Lord, a People long-sought, a City not forsaken."  (62:12 NEB).
