THE REVERSAL. (Joel 3:1 NEB).

"GIVE THEM UP... BRING MY SONS AND DAUGHTERS FROM AFAR".
The only way that calamity and desolation may be brought to an end within a nation is when the authorities of those nations surrender sons and daughters of spiritual "Jacob" just as it is written: "I will say to the north, 'Give them up', and to the south, 'Do not hold them back. Bring My sons and daughters from afar, bring them from the ends of the earth; bring every one who is called by My Name, all whom I have created, whom I have formed, all whom I have made for My glory.'" (Isaiah 43:6,7 NEB).

THOSE TO BE GIVEN UP ARE HIS WITNESSES. (43:10 NEB).
Those refusing to relinquish oppressive worldly control over beloved people of God in an attempt to thwart the joyful reversal of the fortunes of His witnesses on earth "will certainly be extinguished. Like a flaxen wick they must be put out." (43:17).

Only faithful anointed witnesses of God are His priests. Only they can call together a "solemn assembly" to the house of Jehovah and "sanctify a congregation"; for they have Spirit instructions from God for His people on earth. (Joel 2:15-17). But Godless nations still refuse to give His people up! In their determination to thwart the Spirit Will of God, they would rather risk their own deaths than give them up. So Jehovah has promised to sacrifice nations on their account: "I have given Egypt as a ransom for you, Ethiopia and Seba in place of you. Owing to the fact that you have been precious in My eyes, you have been considered honourable, and I Myself have loved you. And I shall give men in place of you, and national groups in place of your soul." (43:3,4). Jehovah is sacrificing nations for His beloved people, the spiritual sons of "Jacob".

How many nations will eventually be affected? When will this spirit reversal in the lives of beloved people of God become a joyful reality? Only when the spiritual work of the anointed "locusts" of God has completely removed the apostates, their false teachings and the spirit of uncleanness from His spiritual "land". (Zech 13:2).

THEN THE REVERSAL WILL BEGIN, THE FULFILMENT OF GOD'S PROMISE
TO POUR OUT HIS SPIRIT ON ALL MANKIND. (JOEL 2:28,29 NEB).
