"THE DELIVERER WILL COME OUT OF ZION AND TURN
AWAY UNGODLY PRACTICES FROM JACOB." (Rom 11:26).

TURN AWAY UNGODLY PRACTICES.  HOW?  AND WHAT IS ZION?
Hebrew Christians were told: "But you have approached a Mount Zion and a City of the Living God, heavenly Jerusalem, and myriads of angels, in general assembly, and the congregation of the first-born who have been enrolled in the heavens, and God the Judge of all, and the spiritual lives of righteous ones who have been made perfect, and Jesus the mediator of a new covenant".  (Heb 12:22-24).

In order for the "Deliverer" of Romans 11:26 to "come out of Zion", Zion would first have to be complete in number and fully built. (See Eph 2:19-22 and 1 Peter 2:5). The spiritual lives of each of the 144,000 members of the "congregation of the first-born" would have to be made spiritually perfect in order to remain unshaken when Jehovah sets in commotion both the heavens and the earth. (Rev 7:4). The expression: "Yet once more I will set in commotion not only the earth but also the heaven" signifies the removal of corrupted spirits in heaven in order that those whose spirits have been perfected may remain (i.e.) members of the "congregation of the first-born", anointed brothers of the first perfected one, The Christ.  (Heb 12:26-28).

It follows that The Christ Jesus, the Deliverer and first of the congregation of spirit perfected ones, would use as examples the righteous deeds and teachings of members of spiritual "Mount Zion" to assist in the spiritual work of turning away unGodly practices from the sons of "Jacob" on earth. The "City" of Zion was in no way complete in number when The Christ concluded his earthly ministry, for the first of his anointed brothers were still, at that time, progressively approaching the spirit condition approved by God for membership of spiritual "Mount Zion". Furthermore, whilst unGodly practices are still evident among sons of "Jacob", these will be turned away by the Spirit of God, by The Christ's teachings, and by faithful examples of those already perfected in spirit. Just as it is written: "For just as you (the Gentiles) were once disobedient to God but have now been shown mercy because of their (the Jews) disobedience, so also these now have been disobedient with mercy resulting to you (the Gentiles), that they (the Jews) themselves also may now be shown mercy. For God has shut them all up together in disobedience, that He might show all of them mercy."  (Romans 11:30-32).  "...and in this manner all Israel will be saved."  (11:26).
