HOW THE "ERROR OF JACOB" WILL BE ATONED FOR.
THE CONTENTION (Isaiah 27:8) AND THE
"TRAMPLING PLACE". (28:18).
The contention of
Jehovah is with all those falsely claiming to be anointed
members of the spiritual "land" of God. Faithful anointed ones are
used by God as a place of His "trampling". The Spirit
"flood" they receive takes them away in spirit to see the reasons for
His contention, and to make others understand. (28:18,19). Through dreams
and visions of the night they are made to see. (Job 33:15,16). If they are
guilty of the offence (s), they too come under His contention. The contention
solely concerns the inhabitants of the spiritual "land" of "Jacob". (27:9).
THE "ERROR OF JACOB" TO BE ATONED FOR.
This "error
of Jacob" is the guilt shared by all those falsely
claiming to be members of the spiritual "land" of God under
development (the creation of which is coming to
fruition). "And this is all the
fruit when he takes away his
sin… Yet only when they grind to dust their pagan altar‑stones, and never raise
again their sacred poles and pillars, shall Israel have their guilt forgiven
for so their penitence must work." (27:9
NWT) (See Moffatt). The "error of Jacob" is that apostates
prematurely swallowed down the "early fig" erroneously
teaching the fulfilment of prophecies of God before they
were due to be revealed or fulfilled. (28:4). Through these apostate
"seers" were administered premature teachings ('unripe fruit') during
the 2,300 evenings and mornings. (Dan 7:25 &
8:13,14). The aim of these false claimants has been to
occupy the "temple" of The God and be considered as gods before
the people, individually erring against the spiritual progress and development
of faithful anointed sons of "Jacob". (2 Thess 2:4). The
"pulverising" of these apostate "chalkstones" means their
extermination. (27:9).
"BEAT OFF THE FRUIT". WHEN? (27:12).
It will be
"in that day", when Jehovah beats off the harvests of the torrent valley
of Egypt (and Ethiopia where 95% of the River Nile's water originates). With the
"Signal" sent to representatives of Ethiopia on the 21st July 1984 during
the sounding of the "seventh trumpet", Jehovah has been beating
off apostate fruitage worldwide. (See Page 20/7/84)
(Rev 10:7. Isaiah 18:3). After the atonement by the removal of apostates from
the "land", those truly belonging to spiritual "Israel"
but figuratively "lost in Assyria" and "dispersed in Egypt"
will worship the Lord Jehovah in "Jerusalem". (27:12,13
NEB).
"BY THOSE STAMMERING WITH THEIR LIPS AND BY A
DIFFERENT TONGUE".
Spirit teachings
from God and His denunciation of apostasy are the "different tongue"
that apostates are not willing to hear. His commands and measuring lines
"here a little, there a little" are so that the Word of God and the
extent of His spiritual boundaries are recognized as the only measures to be
implemented. The repetition of them is likened to "stammering".
Those building outside the measuring lines of His building will stumble
backwards, be broken, and caught in their apostasy! (28:10-17).
