A "WATCHMAN" OF GOD HAS WITNESSED
 THE  DISOBEDIENCE  OF  WOMEN  TODAY.

Many women are unduly concerned with the external appearance of things, continually preoccupied with the elimination of house dust and untidiness. But this should not be their primary concern. For while many are conscientious in the removal of physical uncleanness, rarely do they show the same degree of conscientiousness when it comes to the removal of spirit uncleanness and the superfluous badness within them; which from the standpoint of God is an obstruction to their spirit sanctification. Without Godly obedience for the sanctification of one's spirit, earthly existence is merely a series of unimportant menial tasks.

Martha was a case in point, and one to which women should pay heed. One's spiritual welfare is of the utmost importance. (See Luke 10:38-42). Her sister Mary listened to the word of our Lord, and on putting it into practice could only benefit from the Lord's instruction. If, however, she had been a forgetful hearer, as most women are today, any benefit would have been lost. (James 1:22-25). For although Mary chose to obey the headship arrangement of our Lord and become the glory of man (10:39), many women today seek to usurp the God-given prerogative of men to teach the Word of God, so that other women may follow their wayward example. (1 Cor 11:1-16). As a "watchman" of God, I have witnessed this destructive behaviour among so called 'Christian' women.  (Ezek 3:17-21).

I have observed the sad and futile course taken by women who initially obeyed the spiritual requirements of the "good news" through The Christ, but thereafter refused to obey its remaining requirements. (2 Tim 3:6,7 NEB).  For besides refusing to keep silent in the congregations, they do not show proper care and respect for beloved people of God. (1 Cor 14:33-37). They are preoccupied with acquiring factual knowledge, that they may gain prominence, exalt over others, and feel equal to men. The consequences of this are now clear     for in sectarian religion today lawless men are even allowing the appointment of women to officiate as 'priests'.

Among the sect falsely calling themselves Jehovah Witnesses, women were hostile to those acting as a restraint to their Godless activities. But now their defiantly self-willed dispositions and apostasy are revealed. (2 Thess 2:6  12). Some of these rebellious women have spent years knocking on thousands of doors, Bible in hand, to spread their disobedience to unbelieving families.

The following scripture from our Lord applies directly to them: "You women that live at ease, stand up and hear what I have to say. You young women without a care, mark my words. You have no cares now, but when the  year is out, you will tremble, for the vintage will be over and no produce gathered in."  (Isaiah 32:9,10 NEB). They will tremble because they have failed in the very purpose of their existence: To complement their husbands and assist them in becoming a glory of God, so that in turn they may become the glory of man. Their failure to raise offspring ("produce") acceptable to God will cause them to become agitated in spirit and to tremble. (See Page 12/11/92). They will not receive the rewards of the Kingdom of God by His Christ, for they refuse to be subjected to The Christ through the headship arrangement he gave through the apostle Paul. In fact, it would have been better for them if they had not received knowledge of the truth. (Heb 10:26,27 NEB). The Scriptures reveal one important fact concerning the Judgement of wilful sinners who received knowledge of the truth through the "good news of God":

"For it is the appointed time for the Judgement to start with the house of God. Now if it starts first with us, what will the end be of those who are not obedient to the good news of God?" (1 Peter 4:17).  Salvation  is  not  through a baptism "for the purpose of being dead ones". (1 Cor 15:29).  For such ones, only a "terrifying expectation of Judgement" remains.
