Where possible, festivals should be sited near
to metropolitan areas to cater for the needs of the number of people scheduled to attend the
booths. |
(3) |
The number of camps required in the vicinity of
a particular metropolitan area will depend upon the number of people attending the festival, the number of languages
spoken by those attending, and the necessary resources being properly
administered for their physical needs. |
(4) |
Private bathing facilities should be provided at a convenient distance from the
festival in order that those attending may be clean and
comfortable before entering the booths. |

halls should be provided for the preparation of meals, cooking and dining. Appropriate
quantities of fish, meat, fruit, and vegetables, etc, must be provided for those in attendance. Only those foods
designated as clean by Almighty God are permitted. However, pigs, vermin, and other unclean animals and sea creatures are not permitted for human consumption. (Lev 11:1-47)
(Isaiah 66:17,18
NEB). |
(8) |
Provision must be made outside the camp for those suffering from malnutrition
and/or poverty to be fed, clothed, and returned to health before
attending the booths. The elderly and infirm must have personal attendants for their needs and while
attending the booths. |
(9) |
No animals will be permitted within the camp area, and no vehicles or animals
will be permitted in the vicinity of the booths. |
(10) |
Safe lighting and loudspeakers should be installed in the vicinity of all tents
where necessary. |
(11) |
For those attending the festival, sheltered
facilities must be provided for sleeping, washing, cooking, and recreation. |
(12) |
If
families are to be housed in tents, the tents
should have integral sewn-in groundsheets. |
(13) |
All children must have an adult in attendance at
all times. |
(14) |

babies and young children to allow adult members of families to attend the
booths in a calm and collected state of mind. |
(15) |
