REVEALING HOW JW APOSTATES TURN AWAY
FROM THE HOLY
COMMANDMENT.
(2 Peter 2:21).
The Lord warned that "among
the people" there would be "false teachers". But from
where would these false teachers come? "From among you yourselves"
said the apostle Paul. (2 Peter 2:1. Acts 20:30). Paul also said:
"So that is why God lets an operation of error go to them, that they may get to
believing the lie, in order that they all may be judged because they did not
believe the truth but took pleasure in unrighteousness." (2 Thess 2:11,12).
The following are just some examples of the unrighteousness apostates take
pleasure in.
HOW JWs HAVE TURNED AWAY FROM A
HOLY COMMANDMENT (1):
Apostates allow
women to teach and exercise authority over men. "Let the women
keep
silent in the congregations, for it is not permitted for them to speak".
"Let him acknowledge the things I am writing to you, because they are the
Lord's commandment." (From 1 Cor 14:34-37).
"I do not permit a
woman to teach, or to exercise authority over a man". (From 1 Tim 2:12).
Why has our Lord established this commandment over women? Without this
restraint, women can easily be deceived by evil spirits and indulge in their
"deceptive teachings". (1 Tim 2:14. 2 Peter 2:13). JWs allow
women to teach within and outside their congregations, exercising authority over
men. "However, the inspired utterance says definitely that in later
periods of time some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to
misleading inspired utterances and teachings of demons". (1 Tim 4:1).
They do.
HOW JWs HAVE TURNED AWAY FROM A HOLY
COMMANDMENT (2):
After obtaining a
certificate of divorce, JWs allow men and women in their congregations to
remarry while their spouse is still alive
whether the spouse has committed adultery or not. By this means they make each
divorcée a "subject for adultery". (Matt 5:32). Only on the grounds of fornication
(adultery) can one under a vow to God obtain a divorce. The Holy commandment
states: "A wife is bound during all the time her husband is alive.
But if her husband should fall asleep in death, she is free to be married to
whom she wants, only in the Lord". (1 Cor 7:39). This means that when
one under a vow obtains a certificate of divorce, one still cannot
remarry if one's former spouse is still alive. JWs have turned away from this
Holy commandment.
HOW JWs HAVE TURNED AWAY FROM A HOLY
COMMANDMENT (3):
JWs continually boast in
how they keep their congregations clean of sinful influences. But they turn away
from the Holy commandment regarding the procedural way for keeping a
congregation spiritually clean as stated through Matthew. (Matt 18:15-17). JWs merely send an appointment letter for one to attend a hearing with unsealed
'elders'
(without the seal of God to do so), prejudge the issues according to their own
apostate standing, and are known to disfellowship persons without actually
establishing their guilt. When these apostate measures are committed against an
innocent anointed son of God, then those responsible are guilty of sinning
against the Holy Spirit of God "for him there is no
forgiveness, either in this age or in the age to come." (Matt 12:32 NEB).
HOW JWs HAVE TURNED AWAY FROM A HOLY
COMMANDMENT (4):
In contravention of the
Word of God, adult male members stand among JWs and pray audibly on behalf of
the whole congregation to be viewed by them as holy. (Matt 6:5,6).
