ON COWARDICE. COWARDS REFUSE
TO FACE NECESSARY As for those who obey the Will of God, at times they may suffer tribulation, persecution and ridicule from the mouths and demonic activities of the Godless, even ostracism. (Matt 13:18-23. Isaiah 66:5). But faithful service to God requires personal effort and spirit sacrifices. (Rom 12:1,2 NEB). Such sacrifices involve personal spirit readjustment, refraining from unchristian conduct in order to be created in spirit and able to assist others. By complete contrast, cowards refuse to make these sacrifices and spirit readjustments according to the Divine Will, and so place themselves outside the boundaries of God. Sadly, they are without hope. (Rev 21:8).
If, when faced with danger and the
need for concerted effort on behalf of mankind, the First Christ our Lord Jesus,
or his anointed brothers, begged-off from serving God, we would not now have the
opportunity to "walk" on the "Way of Holiness"
toward incorruptible everlasting heavenly life for having lived within the
spiritual boundaries of holy conduct
