THE "WORKS" OF WARRING AGAINST GOD.

Through the use of various policies and stratagems, evil men exert undue influence against the spirit development of their fellow man. Their "works" are often deceptive, intended to inspire the majority of mankind to war against the Spirit creative process of Almighty God. (Rom 2:5-9.  Rev 16:13,14). But by exposing and removing these "veils" of deception, one is able to distinguish between the intricacies of their grand scheme in opposition to our Creator, and the truth.  (Eph 5:6-11.  2 Cor 3:16,17.  1 John 4:1).

OF DECEITFUL "WORKS" AND THE PLAINLY OBVIOUS.
Example 1:
In 1982 men travelled over 8,000 miles from the UK to the Falkland Islands to kill total strangers. They were sent on this mission under the influence of, and by the authority of, other mere men!  And what were they issued as a symbol of their authority? Military uniforms. Putting faith in the demonically inspired expression, 'You're doing this for queen and country' was a precondition of their mission as authorized premeditated killers. Many corruptive "works" permeate world society today, and have both physical and spiritual implications.

Example 2:  The consumption of unclean foods is advocated, eating foods such as pigs, vermin, unclean sea creatures, animal blood products, etc. This is an example of physical warring, but with spiritual consequences. (Lev 11:1-47)  (Acts 15:28,29). Further examples of corruptive "works" detrimental to mankind are the promotion of the depraved activities of sodomites, the production and distribution of weapons of war, the manufacture of harmful products, the unjust distribution of food and wealth, etc, etc.  (Rom 1:18-32).

Example 3:  The subtle "works" of those who practice the "deep things of satan" are administered by apostates. After becoming acquainted with the spiritual requirements of God, apostates misrepresent them to destroy the faith of righteous ones, abusing the Spirit creative power of the Word of God to do so. (Rev 2:20 24). Apostates work at gaining confidences in order to introduce subtle but destructive changes to the "times and Law" of God. They  incorporate double-meanings into their apostate teachings to safeguard themselves and gradually condition other human spirits by adding to these accepted false teachings as time passes.  Jehovah describes them as "double-faced" visionaries.  (Dan 7:25 & Page 24/11/82).

Changes to the prophecies of God and the time for their fulfilment, especially prophecies now undergoing fulfilment but relegated by apostates to the distant past, is intended to deject the hearts of righteous ones with falsehood and leave them spiritually desolate. (Ezek 13:8-10.  13:21-23). Their demonic "work" is intended to give glory to them and promote the sect falsely calling themselves Jehovah Witnesses. Their last resort is the ostracism and excommunication of righteous ones, especially those who "hold firm and fight back". (Dan 11:32  34 NEB. See Pages 777 to 887). But the troublesome ostracism of "Achor" is the "entrance to hope". Jehovah mercifully allures His people back through the troublesome ostracism of them, and  for conducting the legal case of God against "double faced" visionaries.  (See Page 19/3/84 & Rev 3:9).

"And the word of Jehovah occurred further to me, saying: "Son of man, what is this proverbial saying that you people have on the soil of Israel, saying, 'The days are prolonged, and every vision has perished'? Therefore say to them, 'This is what the Lord Jehovah has said: "I shall certainly cause this proverbial saying to cease, and they will no more say it as a proverb in Israel." But speak to them, 'The days have drawn near, and the matter of every vision.' For there will no more prove to be any valueless vision or double-faced divination in the midst of the house of Israel. "For I Myself, Jehovah, shall speak what word I shall speak, and it will be done. There will be no postponement any more, for in your days, O rebellious house, I shall speak a word and certainly do it," is the utterance of the Lord Jehovah."  (Ezek 12:21-25)  (See Pages 829A & 829B on another of their "double-faced" divinations: 'The Princes Are Here!').

"This is what Jehovah has said against the prophets that are causing My people to wander, that are biting with their teeth and that actually call out, 'Peace!' that, when anyone does not put something into their mouths, also actually sanctify war against him, 'Therefore you men will have night, so that there will be no vision; and darkness you will have, so as not to practice divination. And the sun will certainly set upon the prophets, and the day must get dark upon them. And the visionaries will have to be ashamed, and the diviners will certainly be disappointed. And they will have to cover over the mouth, all of them, for there is no answer from God.'"  (Micah 3:5-7).
