REGARDING THE DISPENSATION The dispensation of faith has as its purpose one's subjection to the Will of God. Only then may one inherit spirit immortality. There is no other reason for possessing faith. To seek some of the articles of faith, but wilfully refusing to accept all its spirit requirements, makes that kind of 'faith' worthless. (1 Tim 1:3-7). The purpose of life while residing in a fleshly body is so that one's spirit may be created in readiness for an immortal spirit body. There will be no resurrections to life back on earth. (See Subject Index: Resurrection).
EXAMPLES.
Believing they were firmly in the
faith, I have observed women teaching men on matters that only men chosen by God
are allowed to teach according to His Will. (1 Tim 2:11-14).
'Faith' such as
this is of no benefit at all, nor does it profit anyone to listen to their
teaching. In fact, such women are in a worse position than those without faith,
for they should be mindful of the Word of God issued through faithful anointed
sons of God concerning their place in God's arrangement, with spirit immortality
in view. Usurping man's authority in things pertaining to God certainly makes
them accountable in the Judgement. It is by His Word through chosen men
that God subjects the spirits of men and women, not through women.
Women that reject their God-given position by attempting to teach and correct
men, are enemies of God and man. Women of faith, whether married or unmarried,
should reflect the glory of man. This spiritual requirement can only be
fulfilled by their obedience to the arrangement of God that reflects His glory
WOMEN ACTING AS MEN. The repeating of spiritual teachings such as this one as if by a "stammering tongue" is in fulfilment of the prophecy of God addressed to rebellious ones who "have made a lie" their refuge and in falsehood "have concealed themselves", "in order that they may go and certainly stumble backwards and actually be broken and ensnared and caught." (From Isaiah 28:11-17).
