THE "TEN HORNS" ARE ABOUT TO DESOLATE
"BABYLON". "Babylon the Great, the mother of the harlots" originated in the land of Shinar (Iraq today). (Rev 17:5). One of the greatest of her many sectarian "harlots" in this time of her end is Islam. Most of its followers are of Arab extraction and are called Muslims. These and other sectarian "harlots" still active worldwide, and their approximate membership, are listed below:
The above totals were part of a census taken in 1983 of a world population of around 4,721,886,000 inhabitants. (U.S. Dept. of Commerce). We can see that over half of the world's population are followers of spiritistic "harlot" religions. But their numbers are even greater, as members of other sects of "Babylon" swell the above total by many millions. THE
"TEN HORNS" HAVE ONE "HOUR" OF KINGLY
World nations gather in their
worldwide war against the "Lamb" of God The Christ Michael.
Of the "ten horns" of the U.N. and the political
"wild beast" worldwide it is written: "They will
wage
war upon the Lamb, but the Lamb will defeat them, for he is Lord of
lords and King of kings, and his victory will be shared by his followers, called
and chosen and faithful... As for the ten horns you saw, they together with
the beast will come to hate the whore; they will strip her naked and leave her
desolate, they will batten on her flesh and burn her to ashes. For God has put
it into their heads to carry out His purpose, by making common cause and
conferring their sovereignty upon the beast until all that God has spoken is
fulfilled." (From 17:14 "Babylon the great, the mother of the harlots" are the leaders and members of all sectarian religions worldwide that have become the dwelling places for unclean demon spirits. (17:5. 18:2 NEB). The "wild beast" and the U.N. will devour the authority and activities of the sectarian "harlot" until "she" is desolated. "With a swift pitch will Babylon the great city be hurled down, and she will never be found again." (18:21). In one "hour" (15 days) the Judgement of God upon "Babylon" will arrive, and for one "day" (one year) the plagues of "pestilence, bereavement, famine, and burning" upon "Babylon" will continue. (18:8. See Ezek 4:6 NEB). (Cont. on Page 19/1/91).
