. TRUTH. It is the Will of God that "all sorts of men should be saved and come to an accurate knowledge of truth." (From 1 Tim 2:4).
HOW WE COME TO KNOW THE TRUTH. "If you remain in my word, you are really my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." (From John 8:31). "He that says: "I have come to know him," and yet is not observing his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in this person. But whoever does observe his word, truthfully in this person the love of God has been made perfect. By this we have the knowledge that we are in union with him." (1 John 2:4,5). "If you love me, you will observe my commandments; and I will request the Father, and He will give you another helper to be with you forever, the Spirit of the truth, which the world cannot receive, because it neither beholds it nor knows it. You know it, because it remains with you and is in you." (John 14:15-17). "…true worshippers will worship the Father with spirit and truth, for, indeed, the Father is looking for suchlike ones to worship Him. God is a Spirit, and those worshipping Him must worship with spirit and truth." (From John 4:23,24). "Then throw off falsehood; speak the truth to each other, for all of us are the parts of one body." (Eph 4:25 NEB).
