. THE SOVEREIGNTY OF GOD. "Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet; and voices were heard in heaven shouting: 'The sovereignty of the world has passed to our Lord and His Christ, and He shall reign for ever and ever!" (Rev 11:15 NEB). "We thank you, Jehovah God, the Almighty, the One who is and who was, because you have taken your great power and begun ruling as King." (Rev 11:17). "Then the seventh angel poured his bowl on the air; and out of the sanctuary came a loud voice from the throne, which said, 'It is over!'" (Rev 16:17 NEB). "Then the Lord shall become King over all the earth; on that day the Lord shall be one Lord and his Name the one Name." (Zech 14:9 NEB). "Thy day of retribution (1) has come. Now is the time for the dead to be judged; now is the time for recompense (2) to thy servants the prophets, to thy dedicated people, and all who honour thy Name, both great and small, the time to destroy those who destroy the earth.'" (Rev 11:18 NEB). "Praise Jah, you people, because Jehovah our God, the Almighty, has began to rule as King. Let us rejoice and be overjoyed, and let us give Him the glory, because the marriage of the Lamb has arrived and his wife has prepared herself." (From Rev 19:6,7).
