HONOUR YOUR FATHER
AND YOUR MOTHER.

"Dad, long have I suffered in troubled confusion.
But suddenly, now my conscience is clear,
How to honour my father and mother so dear.

This load that I carried has now been removed,
Replaced with truths irrefutably proved,
By obedience to God and union with the Lord."

"What truths, son, are irrefutably proved?
For we loved you just as you were,
And do not understand the change you bestir."

"That I cannot honour dishonourable deeds,
My first obligation is to God and His Word,
Or my deeds of 'love' shall be errant and absurd."
