All men and women who for self-glorification wilfully fabricated and proclaimed "powerful signs and miracles of the Lie" (2:9 NEB), who used the name 'Jehovah's Witnesses' in order to deceive, and who carried out the "deep things of satan" in Christ's congregations; "all the deception that sinfulness can impose on those doomed to destruction". (2:10 NEB.  Rev 2:24). Concerning their Godlessness, "all these will have to learn the truth (in spirit) through torments after death". (2 Esdras 9:12 NEB). All will be disclosed to them when they wake to the reproach of eternal abhorrence.  (Dan 12:2 NEB).

All those guilty of having removed and/or contributed to the removal from Christ's congregations of the "Restraint" to their wickedness     removing those anointed with this power of restraint, namely the Holy Spirit. The Lord's Judgement is also upon those who deliberately chose to teach scriptural principles erroneously in word and bad example even after having their error revealed to them, who spiritistically bullied and insulted faithful anointed sons of God, and who instigated evil schemes to ostracize and excommunicate them.

Unsealed men appointed as 'elders' who usurped faithful anointed sons of God in Christ's congregations and took a "seat" of authority to Lord it over them. They dispirited them and other "sheep"-like ones in fulfilment of the apostle Paul's words: "and even takes a seat in the temple of God claiming to be a god himself." These wicked men usurped the position of anointed sons of God and falsely claim to be elders and shepherds of the anointed flock of God!  But they are self-appointed, and merely seek glory from others, each one "claiming to be a god himself".  They are "the Enemy".  (2 Thess 2:4 NEB).
