AN OUTLINE AGENDA FOR THE NATIONS.
For the festivals of the booths to
be celebrated, all resources must be provided free by the survivors of each
nation who warred against spiritual "Jerusalem".
(Zech 14:16-21. Isaiah 60:4-12 & 61:6-9).
THE FIRST CONSIDERATION:
A well-chosen and
appropriate site for the tabernacle and its booths, a building schedule
and plans, and the supply of building materials, machinery and equipment for its
immediate construction will be required. Its design should include a medical
centre, rooms and facilities for invalids, and a nursery in which to care for
babies and small children. There must also be rooms for ministers of God to
study and prepare for spiritual teaching, and an office for general
administration. A public address system will be required in the central
auditorium, and a tannoy system throughout the tabernacle building for public
service announcements. Ancillary supplies and site services will also be
required for electrical power generation and distribution, in house cleaning,
site repairs, warehouse facilities, food, medical and general supplies, site
transport, a telephone system, etc. (Isaiah 4:4-6).
(See provisional plan on Page
28/12/88B).
THE SECOND CONSIDERATION:
The
booths
should allow plenty of natural light, and be air-conditioned. They should be
carpeted, with comfortable padded seating, and each having writing facilities.
Each booth should have a personal computer and monitor, and be connected to a
network server. The "Little Scroll" should be made available both
on the network and in written form. A copy of each of the following
Bibles must be in each booth: The New World Translation (NWT), the New English Bible (NEB), and the Moffatt Translation (Mo).
The Opened "Little Scroll" was written
primarily using these translations. These translations must be transcribed into
the language (tongue) of each nation attending. The Opened "Little Scroll" and other
spiritual discernments from God to be revealed at the booths must only be
provided to male heads of families for the particular day they are to be made
known, and kept in the folder(s) provided. (Rev 10:8-11). For the taking
of notes, writing paper and pens must also be provided.
THE THIRD CONSIDERATION:
Initially,
family dwellings for worshippers may be tents, but permanent structures will
need to be built. Such dwellings must be located outside the perimeter of the
tabernacle. Family dwellings
should be constructed of easily replaceable units, built on concrete and
brickwork foundations. They should be double-glazed, allow plenty of natural
light, and be air-conditioned and electrically heated. They must have hot and
cold running water, a shower, electricity points and lighting. They should also
be carpeted, have comfortable seating and beds, and ample storage. Bedding must
be provided for all residents. Family dwellings must also have an electric
cooker, microwave oven, kettle, and kitchen utensils as required.
FURTHER CONSIDERATIONS:
Places for
communal eating and drinking must be provided in designated areas of the
site, but at a discreet distance from the tabernacle.
Only food that is scripturally permitted is to be cooked and served.
(See Lev 11:1 47) (See Isaiah 66:16 18 NEB).
This will require large
canteens, industrial cooking equipment, refrigeration, freezers,
utensils, etc.
