"COME BACK, O VIRGIN OF ISRAEL.  COME BACK TO THESE
CITIES
OF  YOURS.  HOW  LONG  WILL  YOU  TURN  THIS  WAY
AND THAT,  O UNFAITHFUL DAUGHTER?"  (From Jer 31:21,22).

AN EXPLANATION FOR UNFAITHFUL ONES.
When one compares the first part of the above scripture to the second part, it may prove difficult  to understand. We can see that the "virgin of Israel" cannot also be the "unfaithful daughter", so there are two groups of people being here addressed.

GROUP ONE:
The "virgin of Israel" left these "cities" because of the sins of those described as the "unfaithful daughter". These "cities" that were being built up by faithful anointed sons of God (the "virgin of Israel") were only intended to accommodate spiritually obedient people, not unfaithful ones. It is for this reason that they cannot "come back to these cities" while apostasy still exists in the spiritual "land" of God. So they began not only to expose and denounce this apostate error (culminating in this "Little Scroll"), but they also set up "road marks" and placed "signposts" to  correct unfaithful ones who are not yet beyond spirit correction and redemption to guide them toward the "Way of Holiness". (Isaiah 35:8-10). Only in this way will the two groups be able to return to "these cities of yours".  "O virgin of Israel" symbolizes the spiritually righteous condition of the 144,000 Spirit anointed sons of God that "did not defile themselves with women" and that are "the firstfruits of humanity for God and the Lamb."  (Rev 14:1-5 NEB).

Jehovah spiritually enlightens anointed members of the heavenly "woman" of God (the "virgin of Israel") by using The Christ Michael and holy angels to "press around" the spirits of anointed men while on earth, not only to assist in their spirit creation, but also for them to learn of the unfaithfulness in the spiritual "land" requiring correction.  (31:22). These faithful anointed sons are then qualified to set "road marks" and place "signposts" of spirit correction by which those who were previously unfaithful may return to the "cities" of the spiritual "Israel" of God.  (See Landmarks 1-12 on Pages 14/8/89 and 15/8/89).

GROUP TWO:
"O unfaithful daughter" is the symbolic description Jehovah has chosen for those who were misled by the apostasy  of "that women Jezebel", who turned "this way and that" to avoid fixing their hearts upon the "highway" back to faithful obedience to Jehovah, but who then "repent of her deeds" and are redeemed by Him.  (See Rev 2:20-23 & Isaiah 35:10).

Our God is calling upon these unfaithful ones to come back, to "fix your heart upon the highway, the way that you will have to go" to attain to a spiritually sanctified condition. (31:21). Anointed sons of the heavenly "woman" of God will then be permitted to return to these "cities" to spiritually rebuild and restore the spirits of the inhabitants.  (Isaiah 61:3,4.  Rev 21:1  4).

So what are you waiting for?  Why let stubbornness
and pride stumble you from everlasting life?
