WHY ATTEMPTING TO CALCULATE THE "DAY AND HOUR"
OF THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE RULE OF GOD IS FUTILE.

In the revelation to the apostle John, our Lord Jesus Christ revealed the nature of certain events on earth leading up to the commencement of the everlasting Rule of God. This knowledge, symbolically described by the warning "trumpets" and the "bowls" of the anger of God, has been made manifest in The Opened "Little Scroll". (Rev 10:1 11). It should be borne in mind that the intervals between each of the seven "trumpets" are not of equal duration, nor are the intervals between the outpouring of each of the seven "bowls" of the anger of God. To prove this, consider the timing of the first two warning "trumpets" and outpoured "bowls":

When the first of the seven angels blew his "trumpet", there occurred "hail and fire mingled with blood, and it was hurled to the earth". This "trumpet" heralded the dropping of two atomic bombs by the United States upon the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki on August 6th and August 9th 1945. "A third of the earth was burned up, and a third of the trees was burned up, and all the green vegetation was burned up" and 150,000 Japanese civilians were killed. (Rev 8:7). After this event, the first symbolic "bowl" of the anger of God was poured out upon the earth. It exposed the nuclear ambitions of nations of the political "wild beast", and is likened to a "malignant ulcer" that cannot be healed by negotiation or compromise among its corrupt members. (16:2).

When the second of the seven angels blew his "trumpet", it heralded "something like a great mountain burning with fire" hurled into the sea. "And a third of the sea became blood; and a third of the creatures that are in the sea which have souls died, and a third of the boats were wrecked." (8:8,9). This was the atomic bomb test that took place July 1st 1946 at Bikini Atoll, when a bomb was exploded above an assembled test fleet of 75 warships. It was followed by the second "bowl" of the anger of God poured into the sea: "And it became blood as of a dead man, and every living soul died, yes, the things in the sea." (16:3). This was the atomic bomb test that followed on July 25th 1946 when a bomb was exploded under water.

The interval between the first and second "trumpets" was just 11 months. And had the interval between each successive "trumpet" been 11 months, the seventh "trumpet" heralding the commencement of the Sovereign Rule of God would have been blown in February 1951! That is why The Christ said: "Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father... Keep on the watch therefore, because you do not know on what day your Lord is coming." (From Matt 24:36-42).

THE "GREAT TRIBULATION".
The "great tribulation" of Revelation 7:14 began with the first "trumpet"/"bowl" in August 1945, and continues concurrently with each consecutive "trumpet"/"bowl" until the end of the "great tribulation" when the seventh angel blows his "trumpet" to herald the commencement of the Sovereign Rule of God. (Rev 11:15). After which, the seventh "bowl" is poured out.
