GENTILES FROM MANY NATIONS PRODUCING
KINGDOM "FRUITAGE" RECEIVE THE REWARDS AS
MEMBERS
OF
THE
HEAVENLY
KINGDOM
OF
GOD.
WHAT EZRA PROPHESIED CONCERNING "ZION".
The prophet Ezra
made known the Will of God and the rewards of the Kingdom prophesied to be
fulfilled at the end of the world: "Therefore I say to you Gentiles, you
who hear and understand: 'Look forward to the coming of your shepherd, and he
will give you everlasting rest; for he who is to come at the end of the world is
close at hand. Be ready to receive the rewards of the Kingdom; for light
perpetual will shine upon you for ever and ever.'" (2 Esdras 2:34,35
NEB).
Ezra also prophesied: "Tell My people that I will give to them the Kingdom
of Jerusalem which once I offered to Israel. I will withdraw the splendour of My
presence from Israel, and the home that was to be theirs for ever I will give to
My own people." (2:10,11 NEB).
This means that although there were Jews chosen at the time of The Christ Jesus,
and since then, to be members of heavenly "Mount Zion", natural
born Jews will never as a nation form the everlasting Kingdom of God.
Further, after receiving his
commission from God, Ezra prophesied: "Receive,
O Zion, your full number, and close the roll of those
arrayed in white who have faithfully kept the Law of the Lord. The number of
your sons whom you so long desired is now complete." (2:40,41
NEB).
At the time of Ezra's prophecy, those chosen by God to be enrolled as future
members of the heavenly Kingdom of "Mount Zion" had not yet been
born to receive the opportunity and knowledge of the Spirit
requirements of the "new covenant" by faith, nor had the
full number of those to be gathered to heavenly "Mount Zion"
been declared. Their coming to birth began with the apostles of Christ Jesus,
and their full number was confirmed through visions given
to the apostle John around 68 C.E.
(Rev 1:1,2 NEB) (Rev 7:1 8 NEB).
The full number is
144,000 Spirit anointed sons of God that
are being gathered to an everlasting relationship with God in the spirit
heavens, having fulfilled the spiritual requirements of the "new covenant"
by His Firstborn Christ Michael. (Heb 8:6-13).
This call to the heavenly Kingdom
of God through His Son is for 144,000 covenanted kingly priests, the gathering
of whom began over 400 years after Ezra referred to it. (Rev 5:9,10).
This is borne out by the words of The Christ to elders of the Jews at Jerusalem.
(Matt 21:43. 1 Cor 11:25). With reference to the Jews, the apostle Paul by Holy
Spirit said that only "the selected few have achieved it. The rest were
made blind to the truth, exactly as it stands written". (See Rom 11:7,8
&
23 NEB).
WHAT REALLY IS "MOUNT ZION"?
"But you
have approached a Mount Zion and a City of the Living God, heavenly Jerusalem,
and myriads of angels, in general assembly, and
the congregation of the first-born who have been enrolled in the heavens,
and God the Judge of all, and the spiritual lives of righteous ones who have
been made perfect, and Jesus the mediator of a new covenant,
and the blood of sprinkling, which speaks in a better way than Abel's blood."
(Heb 12:22-24).
Therefore, "Mount Zion" is not a physical place on earth. It is
the home and state of spirit sanctification of 144,000 chosen anointed
sons of Almighty God created by His Spirit power through His Firstborn Son The
Christ Michael.
