OF TRUE ACTIVE FAITH.
A WARNING!
A quotation from
The Christ Jesus: "When an unclean spirit comes out of a man, it passes
through parched places in search of a resting place, and finds none. Then it
says, 'I will go back to my house out of which I moved'; and on arriving it
finds it unoccupied but swept clean and adorned. Then it goes its way and takes
along with it seven different spirits more wicked than itself, and, after
getting inside, they dwell there; and the final circumstances of that man become
worse than the first. That is how it will be also with this wicked generation."
(Matt 12:43-45). It is important to note that unclean spirits can only
reside in spiritually unclean people. And where scripture says: "the truth
will set you free", it means of course, free from unclean demon spirit
activity in one's spirit. (John 8:31,32).
Whichever demon spirit had corrupted the spirit of the man before his newly-cleansed
state (being sanctified), that man must be prepared for persuasive demonic
activity invading his mind to tempt him back to an unclean state.
The intention of unclean demon spirits is not only to reopen this dwelling place
(his spirit) by debasing him again, but also that they may comfortably dwell
there without being reminded of their debased condition before God or the future
torments that await them. Through the inducements offered by demonically
inspired men and women, unclean spirits will try to corrupt a man who is
"swept clean and adorned" by revisiting him with desires for sensual
gratification. In fact, it says: "Because
you do not
continue running with them in this course to the same low sink of debauchery,
they are puzzled and go on speaking abusively of you." (1 Peter 4:4).
It is this abuse and ostracism from others that often defeats men and women. So
with this in mind, the following measures are advised for those being
"swept clean" of sinful practices:

Constant
prayer to our Heavenly Father through the mediator Jesus Christ. (Eph
6:18). |

Be prepared
by acquiring accurate knowledge of the Word of God, which
enables one to successfully war against unclean spirit influence. (Eph
6:10-17). |

Where
possible, share with those having true faith in common. (Phil
2:1,2 NEB). |
WHO IS A SPIRITUAL "JEW"?
It is written:
"This is what Jehovah of armies has said, 'It will be in those days
that ten men out of all the languages of the nations will take hold, yes, they
will actually take hold of the skirt of a man who is a Jew, saying:
"We will
go with you people, for we have heard that God is with you people.""
(Zech 8:23). To explain who really is a "Jew" from the
standpoint of God: "The true Jew is he who is such inwardly, and
the true circumcision is of the heart, directed not by written precepts but by
the Spirit; such a man receives his commendation not from men but from God."
(Rom 2:29 NEB).
Spiritual "Jews" chosen from the nations are such by an anointing
of Holy Spirit from God, made evident by their growing knowledge of the Spirit
of Truth from God. To them it is written: "And as for you, the
anointing that you received from Him remains in you, and you do not need anyone
to be teaching you; but, as the
anointing from Him is teaching you
about all things, and is true and is no lie, and just as it has taught
you, remain in union with Him." (1 John 2:27). The
total number of these anointed sons of God born throughout the generations since
the time of Christ, and destined for heavenly life, is 144,000. (Rev 7:4.
5:9,10).
