879. FOR ALL WHO SEEK THE LAWS OF GOD "For the lips of a priest are the
ones that should keep knowledge, and the Law is what people THOSE WHO SEEK
THE MOUTH OF A PRIEST PRIVATELY. By hearing the confessions of
sinners and claiming to issue
'forgiveness', those men calling themselves
'holy fathers' are raising themselves above our Heavenly Father
Almighty God, and are vessels of His wrath. Seeking absolution for one's sins by
confessing them to another person instead of confessing them to God through the
ransom sacrifice of His Son, is an abhorrence before God and is adding sin to
sin. (Rev 18:4,5). One should seek to "soften the face" of
Jehovah, and be corrected by Him through His Spirit Law. (Mal 1:9). One must not
act as an overseer without Spirit knowledge of an anointing from God that one
has been appointed by Him to serve in this capacity. (1 John 2:27. 1 Peter
2:4-10) (Zech 8:23. 2 Cor 4:6). Since The Christ, Almighty God has provided
144,000 anointed sons, born to all nations, tribes and tongues in each
generation for this purpose. (Rev 7:3,4
& 5:9,10). They will be a unified "administration at the full
limit of the appointed times, namely, to gather all things together in the
Christ, the things in the heavens and the things on the earth. Yes, in him."
(From Eph 1:8-14). In accordance with the Will of God, women are not
permitted to seek the Law from an anointed overseer directly. However, widows
and orphans must be provided for. (1 Tim 5:3 Because of the gravity that is
attendant upon the administration of the Spirit Law of God to inhabitants of His spiritual
"land", it is important that a record be kept of all enquiries, and
those answering them, for our benefit. "For God is a God, not of disorder,
but of peace." (1 Cor 14:33). Deliberation on a matter, along with
prayer, should be offered at the "altar" of God before making a spiritual
enquiry to an anointed one. (Phil 4:4 As at this time of writing, "certain men have slipped in" (Jude V.4) who with people "sworn with oaths to them" and the spirit of divination have taught transgression. Their dealings are being "uncovered" by the "Little Scroll" and "called to remembrance". (Ezek 21:23,24. See Page 666Q as an example). But while it is written that the "one walking about as a slanderer is uncovering confidential talk, but the one faithful in spirit is covering over a matter", sinning against the congregation of God is not a confidential matter to be covered over. How much less so, when the sin is committed deliberately against Jehovah Himself ! (Prov 11:13). "FULLNESS (OR END) OF THE
APPOINTED TIMES". 16/1/82. |
