ARE YOU
TO RECEIVE "A SPIRIT OF YEARNING
AND ENTREATY" AND BITTER GRIEF?
It is a relief
to know that this Spirit will not include families that have
not come against spiritual "Jerusalem". David's
house is of earthly Jerusalem and will receive this
Spirit of grief. Why? The anointed members of heavenly spiritual
"Jerusalem" are not acknowledged by earthly Jews. Nor do
earthly Jews believe that Jesus Christ is the Messiah, that he is the
Firstborn Son of God, that he came to earth in the flesh, and that his sayings
"are Spirit and are life." Do you? The Jews did not
grieve over him as an only Son of God at the time of his death, so they are
still waiting for the Messiah! They will therefore receive this Spirit of bitter
grief. Will you? (Heavenly "Jerusalem": See Heb 12:22 29).
An interesting point emerges. In the book of Malachi it conveys that Jehovah
will devote the earth to destruction unless fathers and sons are reconciled (as to the Lord) by the Spirit of Elijah. Through baptism in symbol of their
repentance John the Baptist prepared people for the coming of Christ the Messiah
on earth. But the majority of the Jews did not accept John the Baptist's work as
preparing the way for the Messiah. But after John's death Elijah and Moses
appeared in transfiguration with Christ # to
signify a future work similar to what the prophet Elijah had done. Anointed
servants of God with the Spirit of Elijah are ambassadors substituting for
Christ*
engaged in the work of turning "the heart of fathers back toward sons, and
the heart of sons back toward fathers", that they may be reconciled as
to the Lord "before the coming of the great and fear inspiring day of
Jehovah". (Mal 4:5,6 NEB).
"THEY SHALL
LOOK AT HIM WHOM THEY STABBED"?
Many will be bitterly grieved to realize that after almost 1,950 years since
the death of Jesus Christ (to date), they still have the same death-dealing
aspect as their ancestors who put Christ to death. But the Second Coming
of God's Firstborn Son will not be in the flesh. Along with this realization, is
that anointed brothers of The Christ have been gathered by Spirit knowledge from
him since his First Coming. This explains why his Second Coming will be by
Spirit as on "the clouds of heaven".
"BITTER AS
A MAN'S GRIEF"
FOR A "FIRSTBORN CHILD"?
Many among mankind will suffer bitter grief as though for a firstborn son,
whether they actually procreated a son or not. How? By receiving a Spirit from
God the Father in the midst of themselves like the grief over the death of a
firstborn. But the Son whose love they have lost, is Jesus Christ and the
meaning of his life and his sacrificial death whom
God has declared His Firstborn Son. This Spirit of bitter grief will cause
lamentation not only for the Jews, but for "all the other families who are
left, each apart and their wives apart": The Gentiles.
(Zech 12:14). This grief will be distinct, not over the death of a son, but a
lament for having scornfully dismissed the opportunity to have their sins
forgiven through the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ our Lord Michael
the Firstborn Son of God.

"On that day I will set
myself to destroy all the nations that attack Jerusalem,
but I will pour out a Spirit of yearning and entreaty
upon David's house and the dwellers in Jerusalem; they
shall look at him whom they stabbed and lament for him bitterly, as a
man laments for his only son; bitter shall be their grief for him, as bitter
as a man's grief for his first-born child. On that day the lamenting
in Jerusalem shall be as mournful as the lamenting for Hadadrimmon in the valley
of Megiddo; the land shall lament, each family by itself, the family of David's
house apart and their wives apart… and all the other
families who are left, each apart and their wives apart."
(Zech 12:9 14 Moffatt).
"Look! I am sending to
you people Elijah the prophet
before the coming of the great and fear-inspiring day
of Jehovah. And he must turn the heart of fathers back toward sons,
and the heart of sons back toward fathers; in order that I may not come and
actually strike the earth with a devoting of it to destruction."
(Mal 4:5,6). (See Luke 1:17).
"And then the sign of the Son of man will appear in heaven, and then
all the tribes of the earth will beat themselves in lamentation, and
they will see the Son of man coming on the clouds of
heaven with power and great glory." (Matt 24:30).
"It is the Spirit that is life-giving; the
flesh is of no use at all. The sayings that I have spoken to you
are Spirit and are life." (John 6:63).
