Jesus' sacrificial blood was poured out in behalf of the sins of many, all sorts of persons. And "unless blood is poured out no forgiveness takes place." (Heb 9:22). Jesus also said: "This cup means the new covenant by virtue of my blood." The "new covenant" is an agreement between Jehovah God and Christ's anointed brothers. Jesus' sacrificial blood bought persons to be spiritually created to serve our God as priests and to rule as kings over the earth. They are the congregation of God.  (Heb 8:10.  Rev 5:9,10).

One may ask:  Did Jesus purchase persons out of their eventual death? Yes. (Read Rom 6:3-5). In order that we too are raised up from dead works, we must walk in a "newness of life". It does not say that as long as we continue in our old way of life his sacrifice will save us. Only those remaining obedient to the Word of God and whose spirits are progressively sanctified while they await their release by ransom from their fleshly bodies to a resurrection of heavenly life with The Christ will be saved. (Heb 12:23). And to anointed brothers of The Christ who conquer he has said: "I will write upon him the Name of my God, and the name of the City of my God... and that new name of mine."  (Rev 3:12).

Because of their faithful obedience, the life of members of the congregation of God can be distressing at times. This is the likeness of his death, the torture stake they pick up, the one Jesus carried     yes, sufferings. This congregation of Jesus, what has it been doing?  (See Eph 3:9-13).

Could we learn the wisdom of God through Christ in a few public statements? Of course not. His wisdom has to be taught, and learned by very imperfect people. The Bible contains all necessary spiritual instruction. There is no such thing as true faith without accurate knowledge, for when the spiritually blind try to guide the spiritually blind, they both fall.  (Matt 15:14).  We must learn the Way of The Christ in spirit and truth.  (John 4:23,24).

What is not realized by the vast majority is this: Those who endure in spirit do so for discipline from our Heavenly Father. They are being dealt with as His sons, in order that they might "yield peaceable fruit, namely, righteousness." (Heb 12:7-11). The reason why this has been quoted is because of a particular erroneous teaching that has been taught to many. Let our Heavenly Father's word explain: Paul said in 1 Corinthians 11:27 34 that when we are judged we are disciplined by Jehovah. He did not say that those who eat of the loaf and drink of the cup unworthily will be condemned with the world and sent to Gehenna, where there is no life ever. What he did say is: "However, when we are judged, we are disciplined by Jehovah, that we may not become condemned with the world."  This means we endure the corrective discipline of our Lord for our very salvation.

Those who are lacking toward their brothers will be disciplined and corrected. 1 Corinthians 11:34 means: Do not gather together unless you have unity; whether you are of the "little flock" of Jesus' Spirit anointed brothers or of the "great crowd" of "other sheep" of whom Jesus said, "these also I must bring". (John 10:16). The discipline of Jehovah is with everlasting life in view.
