MAN AND WOMAN'S PLACE IN THE ARRANGEMENT
OF GOD UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF HIS SON.

(1)  "For a man ought not to have his head covered, as he is God's image and glory; but  the woman is man's glory. For man is not out of woman, but woman out of man; and, what is more, man was not created for the sake of the woman, but woman for the sake of the man. That is why the woman ought to have a sign of authority upon her head because of the angels."  (1 Cor 11:7-10).

The Bible canon has long since been completed, and inspired prophesying ceased along with other miraculous gifts of the Spirit. But when the Spirit of God caused certain men to prophesy in times past, they were subject to His orderly arrangement. (1 Cor 14:31-33). With reference to women speaking in congregations, the "veil" that has recently been propagated is that women did prophesy; hence their speaking in congregations today despite the absence of scriptural evidence that women did so in congregations of God's people in the past. Given that prophesying inspired of God has ceased, what remains is that women must be subject to the headship arrangement, and this is in respect of all men, not just to "those related to (them) in the faith".  (1 Cor 11:3)  (Gal 6:10).

WHO HAS HEADSHIP AUTHORITY IN THE CONGREGATIONS?
(2)  Our Lord Jesus Christ has been given the authority, and administers it through the congregation of his 144,000 anointed brothers according to the purpose of God. (Matt 28:18.  Rev 7:4.  Eph 3:10,11). It is through their example, speaking and teaching the Word of God accurately according to His commandments, that men learn to become the "image and glory" of God. (1 Cor 11:7). Those serving as "ambassadors" substituting for the head of the congregation, The Christ, are men that have knowledge of the truth through their anointing from God which teaches them.  (2 Cor 5:20.  1 John 2:20-27.  Eph 4:11,12).

But as for those men who install themselves in place of anointed sons of God as overseers and ministerial servants, they are fulfilling Revelation 3:9 by acting as though "they are Jews, and yet they are not but are lying". Although members of the "other sheep" were being gathered at the time the apostle Paul wrote to the congregations, there is no evidence in the Word of God that men "not of this fold" (not of the "little flock") were appointed to minister in Christ's congregations. (1 Cor 1:1,2). They were certainly not appointed to serve as elders to oversee the "little flock" of anointed sons of God, as is the case in congregations of the sect falsely calling themselves Jehovah's Witnesses today!
